3. Rights of the data subject

As a data subject, you have the following rights under the Data Protection Basic Regulation (DS-GVO), insofar as their respective legal requirements are met:

Use of Google (Universal) Analytics for web analytics    
For website analysis we use Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC (www.google.de). This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in an optimised presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a) DSGVO, which predominate in the context of a weighing of interests. Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that enable an analysis of the use of the website by you, such as cookies. The automatically collected information about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating IP anonymisation on this website, the IP address is shortened before transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymous IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.    

Google LLC has its headquarters in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here.
