General contractor: one contact person only

Larger plants for flooring production are often offered by a general contractor who, as a close partner of the client, assumes overall responsibility for the project. Often the general contractor also supplies the essential plant components from his own production. Especially for flooring plants and especially for plants for the production of laminate flooring it is common that most of the machines are from the same manufacturer.
