The company Rucks Maschinenbau supplies customer-specific press systems and special equipment for a wide range of applications, for example for wood and wood-based panels, plastics, composites and fibre composites as well as rubber. Customized, automated special systems with corresponding intralogistics for the furniture industry are a speciality of the company, which can look back on 175 years of company history. Typical products are press systems for wood-based materials and plywood, single- and multi-daylight presses, compression presses, for example for processing glued wood flakes, and forming presses.

In addition to customer-specific press systems and special machines, RUCKS supplies complete plants in which the production process is represented in its entirety. Plants comprise several connected stations including all handling solutions. In addition to linear systems, robots are also used, which are particularly flexible and economical.
